I would be most grateful if anyone can supply details of the men who were casualties on Operation 'Biting'. I understand that, beyond Hugh McIntyre (ex-Cameronians) and Alan Scott (ex-Royal Berks) who died, there were four other men who were posted missing.

Also, can anyone tell me if the unit returned to Tilshead Camp after the Op?

    Any insights appreciated!

Yes the group did return to Tilshead briefly....the story goes that a GP officer was reading about the raid when Frost walked into the mess and he asked something like wonder how they were who did this...the security was good for the raid.....You may like to read the chapters on the raid in the book 'Striking Back'....IMHO it is a fairly detailed account of the raid with lists of tools, explosives etc taken, casualties and reports etc....
