...What I can tell you though is that unless you have some sort of genetic problem, which is quite rare, you only get fat by what you stuff in your mouth.

    Fire,

Whatever I eat, I cannot get over 64 kilos, do I have a genetic disorder? Been this weight since age 21. Perhaps a diet of lard pasties will help?

Geoff: Thank whoever it is you pray to that that is the case. I doubt you have any sort of disorder, you probably just don't eat to excess as most people do. Obesity is one hell of a problem now in the U.K. But pasties are nice I have to say!

I wish I was like you mate. I'd be eating Parmos every night. Treadmill? What's one of them?;)

(...) if all else fails youn need the emergancy solution Duck Tape and the Foam from ole 6's chair and tape and tape again until it fits.

It works my mate had a piece of foam well taped as a support in is running shoe, before this he had spent pounds on other products recommended

    Thank you for your consideration.

A ballistic vest is an advanced piece of technology. It consists of a back section and a front section, typically fit together by Velcro. The outer casing (“carrier”) of each is like a zipped pocket, containing two components of protection; a soft fibrous vest-shaped one plus a ceramic plate. Each is engineered to meet certain standards, differently defined for various scenarios.

No, duct tape and foam won’t do the trick. Simply filling out the empty space does little to improve performance. There is some difference between a running shoe which is supposed to protect you against the asphalt and a ballistic vest which is designed to provide protection from a bullet.
