British Auxilliaries.

There's a piece about the auxiliaries in the current (March 2006) edition of World War II magazine. It's a US publication but widely available in the UK.

I have a local history book from the St Mary's Bay area in Kent and that has quite a bit of info regarding Auxilliary units including pictures of a underground bunker being excavated.
