This magazine appears to be a great read. Although I have not seen it as yet.

In the July edition of BaW, Richard Doherty has written an article on 6 LAA(Coleraine) Battery’s capture of a German Fieseler Storch aircraft in the Western Desert. In addition to about eight of my photos BaW has unearthed two other pics of the same plane, both taken in Italy much later on.

In the Sep edition, due out at the end of August Richard Doherty has written an article on 9 HAA at Salerno. They were converted from Royal Artillery to Infantry for the remainder of the war.

There's a nice review regarding "WW2talk.com" in the latest (October) issue on page 85.

The nicest thing is we didn't go looking for it.
It was one of the members who writes for them, checked out other forums, thought every-one's good efforts on here worthy of a mention & approached us (I won't say who, don't want to embarrass him ;) ).
Hopefully it'll mean a few more WW2 fixated readers joining, as I think it's safe to say we share the same interests as the Magazine.

Couldn't agree more Otto, but it's the regular posters that also contribute. :)

Absolutely - and myself and the other Mods are delighted to see the forum attracts so many people with a serious interest in WW2.

I think I have been missing something good here  :(.
A friend of mine subscribes to it so I may do a loan exchange for some ATB back numbers.
I managed to get one copy they had a good artilce on Deadlight / surrender of the U-boats to Loch ryann , was there a follow up to it at all ??

Sounds like a good read , I am more than happy to take the recommendations of members on that.

They update the website at the very last moment Subs (I know this as I checked it rather a lot when I knew our review was due out ).
You can always find it in Smiths, which is the case for most other specialist mags (oo-er). I miss my old local newsagent, who seemed to carry every example of the most obscure publications - rare in a small shop.
