Dear All I have a vast number of books and magazines in 12 boxes that are taking up space, and Mrs ABE is getting a bit p**d off with it all. Before I type up a huge list that would take me over a day, does anyone have any Wants for Xmas? If so let me know by PM and I will have a look and see if I might have it. Reasonable offers too please, but they wont be silly prices. The only thing that is NOT up for grabs is any Airborne stuff-sorry! Andy
Drew Panzers in Normandy Then and Now, reasonable offer accepted, plus postage of course, its quite heavy though! Phillip You will have to be more specific Im afraid, I dont have any specific histories if thats what your are after Andy

Hi Andy - Any infantry memoirs of British soldiers for Italy or NW Europe? I have quite a lot, but am always on the look out.
Rich Sorry no! Drew, Sounds very reasonable, Could you PM me your email address? Paul I will check! And ALL I am in the middle of compiling a lengthy list! some of which are admittedly not war related (but only a few honest!) which I will post , hopefully, by Sunday!! Andy
Shane I had a look at your excellent World War II Magazine site: World War II Magazine and noticed that one immediately gets blasted with an un-identified musical track. A couple of questions please ? Is there an index on the site where one can select and chose to hear such tracks ? Can one turn the track off without having to recourse to the speaker's volume switch? At one time I had a complete set, in binders, of the History of the Second World War but eventually literally dumped them in a house "space saving" episode I have, however, still got the two Chronology sections for 1933 to 1944 & 1945 to 1949 as I felt they were excellent for checking up on dates. Cheers Ron
Hello Ron Here is the playlist. There should be a volume control on it but due to dodgy site design I seem to have cut it off... thanks for pointing it out. I will have a look at it later. Here is an address you can go and listen to whatever songs you like from this playlist.
