Hi,

Did it take long to reach the UK (I assume?) from Italy? Ordered today and wondered how long I'd have to sit expectantly watching the front door!

Also trying to stick religiously to a one-in, one-out book policy so interested in how wide the book is so that I can select one to sacrifice to make room on my limited bookshelves!

That's very kind of you Andreas, though through what I suspect is probably my fault, I'm unable to unzip the file as I get "The compressed (zipped) folder [folder name here] is invalid" error message. I downloaded it without logging into Dropbox.

 

Perfect, now looking for my tape measure and steeling myself for a difficult selection.

I was able to download the zip without logging into dropbox. Not sure why you'd get that error.

 

That one I'm having no trouble with, its the in text link under "Additional Materials and Fixes" that is coming up with the error. Based on some google diagnostics I think Windows might not like how large the file is.

Hi Andreas,

I ordered the book a week or so ago and I've just had an e-mail from a company asking me to sign a power of attorney that authorises them to engage with HMRC to import the book. Is that something I should have been expecting? It's asking for company names, etc, which is somewhat confusing. I've ordered books from Italy before and this is the first time this issue has arisen.
