Looking at Jonessy's profile HE is a SHE . Gender Female Other thread about Bologna here. http://ww2talk.com/forums/topic/58112-cwgc-visit-to-bologna/
AB64 you might find that it is easier to get from Florence to Bologna than it was in 1944….take the train…. Cheers
I've been along and as it's not too big I photographed all the graves, probably not very well but I paid extra attention to those requested. The Polish cemetery is just beside it so I had a wander round that too, slightly spoiled by an old woman who seemed upset that I took a couple of pictures and when we could find common ground on language she just got more worked up and seemed to want me to leave, the only real word I did pick up was imbecile quite often, the 2 Polish gardeners had to encourage her on her way, a most odd experience. Alistair
I'll be in Bologna again in a few weeks - I would offer to pick up any requests but when I was there last time I took photos of all the graves, so this seems a decent time to offer up the photos again, if you want photos let me know and I'll stick them up. Regards Alistair
