Hi all, Any experts on equipment markings? I bought a sight on eBay from a Dutch seller. Item was listed as American emergency sight for Bofors 40 L60/L70. It arrived this morning and I'm trying to decipher the markings to work out whether it is indeed American, and for the Bofors, as well as a possible year. I usually have British items so I have no idea about any other nationalities and how they marked their equipment. As best as I can make out, the markings are as follows: AZ D-7689257 E.W.C Any ideas? Thanks for any suggestions offered. Ian
