This is all from memory so forgive any errors, I didn't get a chance to speak to the chap this year.
I think It is the First Grant to be Imported into England (no.4??) and was used for various tests and trials before ending up on Pirbright(??) ranges where the current Owner spent a lot of time attaching Panzerfaust projectiles to it and then blowing them up, seems this wasn't the only Ordnance testing it endured as there are blown apart panels at the rear and at some point the turret has also been blown off.
Restoration of the running gear was completed last year and the appropriately damaged 37mm gun was donated by another collector. It runs very smoothly, the Restoration also seems to have cost the Owner twice as much as getting a much better nick one going... first reaction is to laugh at it but when you look at that fire extinguisher and work out how much damage can come from each of those tiny holes in the hull it is quite sobering.
Few More shots from the show:

Sorry mate .... that's a 15cwt, our wireless truck was one of these and I had the pleasure (?) of driving and being responsible for one of these between May 1943 and December 1944 so I should know what they looked like.
Just remembered that I sketched our wireless truck for my Army Album and used the pic for a story about those times:
    BBC - WW2 People's War - Lt.Whitfield and the butterfly spring

    Quite right of course Ron.

12 days 14 hours 54 minutes 59 seconds left until our 2007 event.

Will it be 'Beltring Hot' again...?
Or will the current monsoon season continue?
    Jagdpanther coming again?
    What'll be new this year?
    Panther?
    Cromwell?
Will a Churchill turn up again?
    Stug?
    Rusty Archer?
    2nd Famo?
    Herman the German again?
    More aircraft flyovers?
    Polish Bulldozer?
    Troop of Comets?

    Questions questions....

    I'm getting all keen now.
    :m13:  :m12:

Well, over for another year. Worst ever for rain and mud, but still enjoyable and there was certainly a huge number of people there. Got some nice bargins, including some KRRC chronicles and some lovely framed photos, and it was nice to see Adam (Von P) again. Owen - time you made it, mate.

This is what it was like 'in country'- this was late lunchtime on Saturday:

So bad, I couldn't get to most of the tanks, which were sinking in the mud just by sitting there!

Highlight for me was meeting Johnson Beharry VC:
