Finally, my book is published. Some time ago I put the diaries here in a crude form as a blog. Since then I have been able to fill in missing words , correct place name spellings and people's names. The first section is an account of life in the 69th LAA in India.I have added an account of what happened to the 1st battalion Lancashire Fusiliers in 1944 and a short chapter about the IFBU in 1945 in Burma. There are maps and photos and an index of people's names. Plus of course acknowledgements to those who have helped me in so many ways There will be a kindle version in due course, but probably without the visuals. If anyone who has helped me would like a free PDF version, please let me know. ( You know who you are!) Here is the link to my book publishing website, which will link to lulu.com....in the near future it will be on Amazon too. http://delacuesta.wi...ilyhistorybooks 0 Quote MultiQuote Edit Blog This
