A historical battle of 1627 between Dutch State troops and the Spanish fought out every two years, an event to look forward to, next edition will be in Oct 2021 (Groenlo in eastern Holland). The 30 day battle for the fortified town is replayed in three days: the arrival of the Dutch State Troops at Grolle, the siege complete with the building of trenches and finally the assault of the town. The Dutch won!
