Battery or Field Regiments?

While looking through 25 CADR diaries on Canadian Heritage I came across the following entries for Sextons belonging to 90th and 95th Field CRA. Are these supposed to be Field Regiment or Battery numbers, if Battery which Regiment did they relate to?
    Or are these British regiments?
    Any help or suggestions appreciated.

    Cheers

90th British Field Regiment had Sextons so I'd say the 90th relates to them

    Hi

Thanks for the confirmation, I think you are right as I have just found an entry for 86th Field.
I cannot seem to find anything British or Canadian on 95th Field though.

    Cheers

No Canadian Field Regiments with numbers that high.
No 90 Fd Bty in RCA
95 Fd Bty RCA was part of 15 Fd Regt RCA

    Hi,

Thanks for clarifying that, when I could not find a reference for 95 Field I did wonder whether it was a Battery number.
25 CADR seems to have processed quite a bit of British stuff, at least between January - April 1945.
Interestingly all the stuff from 95 Battery is Sextons, where as 15 Field is not identified as a SP unit.

Shermans and Sextons from 11th AD
    Cromwells from 15/19 KRH
Churchills from 34 Tank Brigade ( one originally being from 9 RTR )
Valentine OP and 17 pdr SP's from 55 A/T Regiment
    M10 3" and 17 pdr SP's from 62nd A/T Regiment
    Sextons from 86 Field
Shermans and Sextons from 90 Field

Lots of so unidentified equipment from Canadian and Polish Regiments and probably more British stuff.

    Cheers

    Kevin
