I just finished reviewing the war diaries I have for the regiment and this is what I found of the troops. Where I wrote "mentioned" I mean "the troop was mentioned in the context of its battery".

    241 Battery
A: Mentioned as being in 241 Battery, 1945-04-17
    B: Mentioned in 241 Battery, 1944-09-06
C: Mentioned going to reorg 1944-12-18 [to get SPs]

    242 Battery
E: Went to reorg 1944-12-19. Mentioned with SPs (Archers) 1945-02-13
    F: Mentioned 1944-06-10
    G: Mentioned 1944-11-20

    243 Battery
I could find NO mention of troops along with 243 Battery. However there are mentions of a K troop which by process of elimination must have been in 243 Battery.

There is also mention of an 'I' troop.

    193 Battery
D: mentioned reorganizing on 1945-03-10, so had Archers after that
H: mentioned reorganizing on 1945-03-10, so had Archers after that
L: mentioned 1944-09-06. Reorganized 1945-03-10, so had Archers after that

It seems like the lettering followed the following pattern but why this would the case, I am not sure. Was 193 Battery created from elements of the other three batteries?

    A, B, C (241), D (193), E, F, G (242), H (193), I, J???, K (243), L (193)

According to Frederick's "Lineage" 193 Battery was formed on 10 May 1943 from within the Regiment replacing 296 Battery. The Batteries from then until disbandment were 193, 241, 242 & 243. It seems that each Battery gave up a Troop to form 193.

On second look, I think this says there was an 'I' Troop. From June 1944:
