Based in Deolali, buried in Bangladesh

    Russell Telford Lees, Gunner RA, was stationed in 1943 at Deolali, 100 miles north of Bombay, and is reported to have died of smallpox and be buried in the Chittagong War Cememtery, Bangladesh. How did he come to be so far from where he was stationed? And why does CWGC give no unit?
