Avatar Problems

    I tried to upload an avatar of a cap badge in .jpg format, but I got an error message saying that I could not upload images of that type. No doubt I have misunderstood something. Help!

    I tried reducing the size of the image, checked that it was saved as a .jpg: still no joy, I'm afraid.

    Mark,

    I have checked that jpg is a valid file format and it is, the maximum size for an avatar is 64x64 and I have changed the max size to 150kb.

    If your avatar still meets these requirements and still wont upload let me know.

    Thanks Lee. It works as a GIF file, so I ended up using that image.
