Just bought this on Ebay. It's not one that I've been 'desperate' for but it has been loitering on Ebay for ages and the price was good (£17 including P&P from the US) so I thought I'd give it a go! :D
    All the best.....................

 I think you may have a point Ron! The trouble is I am running out of 'pure' 1st British Airborne at Arnhem books to get, so forgive me for straying! I promise I shall try not to do it again .

OK, straight from the horse's mouth. There IS going to be a new edition of "Poles Apart". Dates etc are unknown at this time but it is definitely going to happen.
There you go Jason, hopefully your short arms will be able to reach far enough in for this version!
Just seen this in paperback at Pen and Sword Books: Military History and Nostalgia Book Publishers for £17.95 :D

Well I met Philip and his good lady today and we had a nice little chat about stuff in general and he was true to his word and brought along a copy of his latest book :D. Thanks very much Philip and I hope that by the time you read this your better half hasn't bankrupted you in Oxford Street!

    Hi all,

Just spotted this one on Ebay. It's a 1st edition WITH dustjacket. The jacket is a little tatty but copies of this 1945 book are very hard to find with a cover.

    Item No:180478058444

    All the best.............
