Separate the numbers with a single hyphen only (else it may fail). For example using: 14300160-14300360 I get six results. Thankfully most survived. geoff
Thanks Geoff will be useful I think, when folks want to compile a fuller list of those who joined a unit as it will include those who transferred to other units at some part of their service. CWGC don't always include a parent unit or state 'formerly of'. Also means that the fate of servicemen who joined around the same time as a person of interest can be more easily found. I took a range of c. 60 around my father's number and got these 6 results; I know he was in the same training squad as one of the men. 001 Link GREENHILL A 2723975 3RD BN 21/09/1944 IRISH GUARDS 002 Link MULCAHY D 2723985 - 10/12/1944 IRISH GUARDS 003 Link O'HANLON JPJ 2723994 3RD BN 24/07/1944 IRISH GUARDS 004 Link SMITH SET 2724018 3RD BN 14/02/1945 IRISH GUARDS 005 Link TYRRELL T 2724014 3RD BN 13/08/1944 IRISH GUARDS 006 Link WELCH CM 2724017 3RD BN 02/04/1945 IRISH GUARDS

just out of interest i put in a number range that shows issued to Royal Artillery comes up with 4 RAF casualties . It will pull out any number within the range, unless you limit it by regiment.
