Local press ran an article on this project awhile ago some of the archive is now available online at the DLI museum site featuring a biography of the contributer,a photo (where available) a printed transcript of the sound recording together with the recordings themselves.Covering four different topics well worth a listen

Super idea to put online. Thanks for the link.

Nice to see such a well organised archive for such a fine regiment. The UI could do with a little work, making the where/when a bit clearer (and it took me a while to work out the actual list of recordings was at the top of the page) but considering the state of most military archives, its brilliant!

Being a Palatinate myself, with my entire family from the north east, its always been good to know the regiments history is in fine hands.

I agree ,to make the access a little easier and a bit more direct I`ve replaced the titles with direct links to the title pages of each section.
Family ties with the Regiment are strong here in the North East this is bourne out by the number of enquiries I receive from my website from proud relatives wanting to know more archives like these help us ,to help them.

LONG MAY THEIR SILVER BUGLES SOUND...FAITHFUL
