  2. Please excuse my total ignorance on the roll of a physical training corp at Arnhem,but could some one fill me in as to their function.

    I was going to say their current role can be bodyguards to ruperts and PoW handling.

    Ps PT Corps today (I assume it was the same 60 years ago) is like the SAS you can't join it straight from civilian life on entering the Army. You apply to join after being in the Army for sometime.

    The RAF you can go straight into the PT dept as a Sgt. Not sure about the navy side though.
