    Hi Andy,

At the moment mostly stuff relating to POWs or anything to do with the 51st Highland Division/7th Argyll and Sutherland up to June 1940.

You pretty much have everything that I can think of unless you wanted to start looking at Brigade and Divisional war diaries for the 51st Div.

Sounds pretty dry. I'm more interested in the view from the ground rather than the view from HQ.

    Hi Andy,

I messaged you to see if you still had a file you put on disc for me a while back.
The wife has Been tidying up and lost it. Could do with a new copy if possible as my son is studying WW2 this term at school.

    WO 171/4718 141 Regiment Royal Armoured Corps 1945 Jan-June = 594 pages

    Cheers

Hi Andy, I have a retyped copy of the 2L&BH War Diary 1939-1945. However I'd like a complete copy of the original documents pertaining from 1939 MAY1943 when Tunis was taken as the war diary I have doesn't appear to have a lot of material that the original photocopies of 1945 War Diaries have that is available on this site. Can you offer me a rough quote please?

If you know the battalion and year of capture I could copy the war diary for you and or look and see if he completed a POW Liberation Questionnaire. He may also get a mention in a regimental or battalion missing men file but I'd need to know the battalion and year of capture.
