Hi everyone My games are on the PS2 I have completed Call of Duty 1/2, all the Medal of Honor games, all the Metal Gear bar the last one (not bought that yet) and a couple of other ones. I really enjoyed Call of Duty 1 and 2 was good but a bit short, I have just got the first Brothers in Arms game but haven't started it yet. I just wondered if there was anyone who has a PS2 and what they thought of the games. I haven't played any strategy games mostly FPS the thought of games were you have to look after your men does daunt me a little. So anyone would like to give their opinions that would be great. Kind regards MaryFM
Yeah all those games are great. Brothers in Arms are my favorites so far but Call Of Duty 2: Big Red One is number two on my list.
As far as WWII games go, I'd say my favourites are CoD Big Red One and Finest Hour, and the Medal of Honour series. But, I really enjoy playing God of War and Star Wars Battlefront II
I play cod2 for ps2 i have beaten the game on all level but the hardest dificulty I am stuck at the end of the part in operation husky were the tank comes when you are rescueing the 82nd glider soldiers.
LOVE the Medal of Honor series. I've been picking up every version that's come out for the PS1, PS2, and PSP since the first one came out. Have to say I was more than a bit disappointed with MOH: Vanguard though I never really got into the first Call of Duty, so I haven't really followed the series.
I only got a PS2 this year. Never even seen one before that. I never thought I could do it either, because I figured ye had to have fingers like an accordion player. Wrong, wasn't I? My sister sent me a stack of games and I've been working my way through them, seeing what I like (can manage!) best. As it happens, only last night I popped the seal on COD2. 'Big Red One'. Played it on 'Easy' and that's all she wrote! Bang went tuesday night! I've actually managed to get right through to the last place on the map in the North Africa Campaign. I found it just right for my level of capability at this early stage. I had to fight like hell, but I managed to survive in the end. Got killed left, right and centre, of course. But I like the number of Check Points they allow ye. So much better to be able to 'try that again', rather than end up a square one with some idiot screaming, " Come On, Soldier!!! " at ye. Sad thing is, when the Sarg' pulled up in the jeep and complimented us on some not bad going, I was actually rather touched and proud! FFS! Now I'm actively looking forward to getting my creatures fed, cracking a can open and getting back into it! Funny it's so popular. But I can see why!
Hi I have played a lot of them and they all have good and bad points but mostly enjoyable, although I am not good enough to play on hard!! regards Robert
