Hi all, been trying to piece together events to do with the April 8, 1941 bombing of Crewe, where a number of people were killed and wounded and many houses destroyed. Have seen certain posts which relates to the Bomb Census survey records 1940-1945 held at the National Archive, but nothing comes up regarding Crewe. Would love to find any extra info, including any info on the German side of the raid. For example what was there initial target (Liverpool etc) and was Crewe hit on the way home?? Any info regarding the raid would be most useful. Thanks for reading, Mark.
