Can anyone identify this lapel pin next to the upper pocket button on this RAF Air Gunners uniform please? I've tried to enhance the blurred photo in the inset and it appears to be a caricature of a head with fiery hair and a droopy mouth. I'm sure I've seen this before but cannot remember where.
