Clearly you've already put some thought and done some work on the subject. But, instead of critiquing other peoples' efforts to help you, how about you putting up the list (numbered) that you've already got and others can add, correct or comment as fit. It would avoid wasting other peoples' time and effort hunting down information you've already got or sources you've previously rejected.
