Good afternoon all you knowledgeable people. A friend has asked if I can help find out more information about his father, particularly which PoW camp(s) did he pass through. The basic details are below. He presumably was in one of the officer camps. Also anything about the Charles Gray mentioned. Any information gratefully received: Alec Cecil Sutherland Moore Born 16 th April 1909 Queen Victoria Own Corps of Guides(Infantry) Captain or Major and retired as Lt Colonel Captured at Tobruk (1942)? Sent to a Camp in Italy, escaped and recaptured and escaped ending up in Switzerland for 2 years and not proceeding any further. Charles Gray of Scots Grey or Black watch was also a POW with Alec Alec died in a riding accident in 1973. Many thanks Anne

Many thanks Temujin - I'll pass it on. I am a Trustee of the MSMT and so always pleased to see it quoted as a source!
