hi, I've been searching for Aerial photographs of Market Garden, so I can understand what the operation was like from the air, but I am having trouble finding any. The one's I have found are all of the British landings at Arnhem. If anyone knows of any or any websites that have aerial photographs of market garden, please share, it will be really appreicated. Thanks
Well you could go to the NCAP site and see what they have. http://ncap.org.uk/search/keywords/arnhem#zoom=4&lat=6721599.54015&lon=671519.77899&layers=BT

Sliben, What is it "Understanding the operation from the air" Not all cities or parts are covered. A Sortie is a straight line on th emap where they make the pictures. When you want to understand the operation from the air, reading book is a better way to learn, after that the pictures. You are planning a trip to this area or write a book..? This one is for planning purpose... http://library.wur.nl/WebQuery/geoportal/raf Greets
