I used to have a rather burred eye and a slightly burred eye. Now after a cataract job I have a completely blurred every and a slightly blurred one. I hope that the drops work and they haven't done a half Gloucester on me. In the meantime can I apologise for any typos etc that may appear in my posts and to anyone I should have replied to but have not.
Robert, it will take time. Two members of my family have had cataract treatment. All was well for both, in time.Just as yours will be. Veronica.
Best thoughts for a speedy recovery are with you Robert, and hopefully you come through this with improved vision. This from an old chap subject of detached retina and cataract fix within the past 13 months (which has furnished me with a Mk 1 eyeball, sniping for the use of!). Fingers crossed, once you are healed you will be left with same. Kind regards, always, Jim.
Master Robert, In order to aid recovery you should drink a bottle(*) of whisky a day, but do not attempt to lift a box of bottles. I hope you have help with preparing meals. Don't bother with the vacuum cleaner. Pure thoughts and deep breathing, and I trust you will be firing on all your usual Silver Ghost cylinders by Easter Day. John (*) miniature size bottle
Trying to struggle with poor vision isn't going to help your recovery. Try a break from the computer for a while to rest your eyes. If you can't keep away, try changing your screen settings to say 200% which will make reading and responding easier... but give it a rest is your best option till things improve.
