Adopting or sponsoring a headstone.

Can some advice me on how I can go about adopting or sponsoring a headstone please.

This is something I have been thinking about for quite awhile now, so if it doesn't cost too much I would like to do this for 1 headstone in particular and maybe a couple more depending on the cost.
