Got it, along with Scorched Earth, Black Snow: The First Year of the Korean War. I'm assuming it's cheaper than Amazon or she wouldn't have offered.

I think your nit-picking there, my wife would not have noticed anything at all!

Ye olde girlfriend would have done one of two things:

1.- Had I been with her, she would have very hurriedly shoved me somewhere else

2.- Had she been alone, she would have told the sellers to beware of (AND NOT TO SELL TO) a certain tall, dark, skinny bloke looking for WW2 jobs; guess she prides herself on "helping me stay within a tight budget"

£20 from Oxfam! Quite cheap by their standards, I think there's a rougher looking copy on eBay at the moment that was up to around £40.
