    Thanks Owen, consider wrist slapped, my excuse, it was late at night.

    BSD Base supply Depots.
    Not been able to find out where 13 BSD was but there is a file on it in 1942
    Royal Army Service Corps: 13 Base Supply Depot (RASC BSD). Date: 1942 Jan.- Aug., Dec. Held by: The National Archives, Kew. Legal status: Public Record.

    8 BSD seems to have been in El Kirsh / Ismailia halfway along the west bank of the suez canal. July 1945 it was disbanded into no 4 CRASC.
