9th beds and herts Cromer 1940 war diary

    Does anyone have the late 1940 war diary for 9th Beds and Herts? If so, could you confirm they were located in the Cromer area at this time and any more specific detail as to where. Many thanks, Mark.

    There is one thread here for a 9th soldier who died in 1946.

    Wiki & IWM show they were a
    Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire Regiment - Wikipedia

    Online I found this undated mention:

    After a break I returned to last cited Wiki and noted it states:
    Alas no readily id'd start / formation date for the 10th, just wartime creation. TNA's first WD for the 30th is 1942.
