Hi, Does anyone know what a Royal Monmouth Royal Engineer Driver would have been doing with 8th Chillwell Motor Transport Group in the autumn of 1945? His records just show that he was somewhere in the UK. My uncle, who was an RASC Driver at Newport, was transporting food to the Netherlands. Do you think that the Monmouth Royal Engineers would have been doing something similar? Any ideas most welcome. Gordon
