The KING taking into His Royal consideration, that upon the decease of Aubrey FitzClarence, Earl of Munster, on the first day of January last past, the title and dignity of Earl of Munster devolved upon Geoffrey William. Hugh FitzClarence, now Earl of Munster, as the only son of the late Harold Edward FitzClarence, (commonly called the Honourable Harold Edward FitzClarence), (upon whom: the Decoration of the Military Cross was conferred), brother of the said Aubrey, Earl of Munster, whereby according to the Ordinary rules of honour the sister of the said Geoffrey William Hugh, Earl of Munster, cannot enjoy that title rank place pre-eminence and precedence which would have been due to her had her late father, the said Harold Edward FitzClarence survived his said brother, and thereby succeeded to the title and dignity of Earl of Munster, His Majesty has been graciously pleased to ordain and declare th a t Wilhelmina Joan Mary FitzClarenee, Spinster, may henceforth have hold and enjoy the title rank place pre- eminence and precedence, which would have been due to her had her father, the said Harold Edward FitzClarence, survived 'his brother, the said Aubrey, Earl of Munster. and thereby succeeded to the title and dignity of Earl of Munster.
And to command that the said Royal order and declaration be registered in His Majesty's College of Arms.
