    Oh so they were inherited?

I decided to upload all the pics to Flickr, worst case scenario someone who dosen't know any better about the war reports me.

WW2 Rommel Pics - a set on Flickr

The link should work for you guys, if not let me know.

Some interesting photos on there. I liked the ones of France in 1940 - that area around Hangest I know quite well.

Thats about $205USD, sounds about right per roll I assume, since we can't talk you out of this, why not hold onto them for a few more years, at least till the economy(s) gets better for a better deal? Not very many people are willing to shell out alot of money for antiques anymore unless it has a picture of Marilyn Manson on it.

Are the rolls in chronological order? i.e. are all the French photos on one roll?

I think you will have problems selling them all in one go, because there are some interesting photos, but many 'average' photos.

What condition do you keep the canisters in? They tend to get wrecked as they age, so many factors attribute to this to be honest.

To be honest considering the quantitiy I think you might get a mixed amount depending on what pictures are available. For instance a picture with Rommel might be $30 (Not exactly, just a imaginary number for this example) while a picture of a regular soldier might be $2.

i must wait.... the people have no money in the moment.. last year i have sold 1 pic for 5-10 $ for on pic... a negative roll i have sold to irland for 300 euro ( but color)
i think for a roll 120 is good and when a collector want buy all than 100 euro...
and the photos i must scan... there are 500 photos or more....

How much did this soldier leave you? In a will I assume?

One of these days I might have to pay your eBay shop a little visit ;)
