Hi, I have seen a very poor copy of a photo of No2 Troop (Grenadier Guards) No8 Commando in the past in which it is very difficult to identify individuals. Does anyone have either an original or very good copy of the photo that they would be willing to let me view. A number of the men in the photo went on to serve with the SAS and SBS and were awarded gallantry medals amongst these are Sgt's Bennett, Feebury and Riley. If anyone can help me with this or point me in the direction of where I might find a photo of the troop that I can obtain a copy of it I would be very grateful. Cheers Arnhem

I have been pointed in the direction of this photo and managed to buy a copy from media storehouse.com The reference for the photo is Album 51 Grenadiers 2432. It has been wrongly described as No1 troop No8 (middle East) Commando September 1940. It should read No 2 troop. Cheers Arnhem
