Is there perhaps another source than the National Archives/TNA to get a copy of the 6 RCAF Bomber Group HQ ORB's 1jan43 up to 8may1945... ? I was told http://heritage.canadiana.ca/view/oocihm.lac_mikan_133700 but no index available up to now ? Thanks for help/suggestions

Every time I try to access the Walker dropbox it freezes my browser. Further down the page someone has added an index compiled by Lee Walsh. Index to RCAF on-line microfilms The Walsh Index has No. 6 Bomber Group in two reels: C-12419 - No. 6 Canadian Bomber Group, Allerton Park Oct. 1942 - Sept. 1944 C-12420 - No. 6 Canadian Bomber Group, Allerton Park Sept. 1944 - Nov. 1945 Check the stations shown in reels C12421 to C12424 with the orbat of No. 6 Group RCAF. You can also search the index by Squadron if you have one in mind. As far as I can see you can only download one page at a time. It's best to expand to highest resolution before downloading.
