    Philip...

Sorry about this... Just realised - I made a cock-up and got them the wrong way round!!!

I got 5/DCLI for March 1945 and 1/OBLI for Oct. 1944. I don't know if these are any good to you?

I'll make amends upon my next visit shortly.

    Dave :sorry:

no problem Dave, things like that can happen, would like to see them anyway, and already thank you for getting them next time.

5 DCLI has 64 pages for March'45, Philip (and that's just the diary - no appendixes!!!). 1/OBLI has 15 pages for Oct'44.

If you need any particular date, just say and I'll post them here. If you want the lot, PM/email me with your postal address and I'll put it on a CD for you and send it.

Just to repeat my other post...

...Correctly dated extracts (plus the incorrect ones!) and extracts from a damned good map (you probably don't know, but I'm a bit of a map fetishist!!!) of positions and German defences near Groesbeek and Reichswald (Dated Feb '45) on a CD and on it's way to you now, Philip!

Await the DVD from Croonaert, if there is anyone who has some information about the fighting on the Battalion on 6-10-1944, it would be most welcome

While you wait... (is the postage between our two countries getting slower? I sent an item to Holland a while back and it took 3 weeks to arrive!!!).
    Anyway, 6th October...
