G'day All,<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:eek:ffice:eek:ffice" />

During WW2 my Great Grandfather (Lt Col Stuart Barnes) was OC of 57th (Wessex) HAA Regiment.

Finding information on the regiment’s activates during WW2 isn't difficult but what I have found difficult to find is photographs.

Does anyone have any or can point me in the right direction.

Images of Stuart would be great but I would be interested in any images of the regiment during WW2.

Cheers

After 70years photos of a specific Regt are very hard to come by. The best way is to post on an RA Asso web-site for pics or vets etc, there are 3or4 out there, or try the Imp War Mus photo + film archive, this can also be accsessed on line. Another source you could try is the RA Firepower Mus at Woolwich.
This is a site I have had good results from;
