    The KING has .been graciously pleased to ordain and declare that Pamela Margaret Hore-Ruthven (commonly called the Honourable Pamela Margaret Hoxe-Ruthven) shall henceforth have hold and enjoy the same title, rank, place, .pre-eminence and precedence as the wife of the eldest son of an Earl so long as she remains -he widow of Alexander Patrick Hardinge Hore-Ruthven, (commonly called the Honourable Alexander Patrick Hardinge Hore-Ruthven) who, 'had he survived, would have .been commonly called Viscount Ruthven of Canberra as the eldest son of Alexander Gore Arkwright, Earl of Gowrie. And to Command that the said Royal Concession and Declaration be recorded in His Majesty's Collage of Arms.
