    Hi Everyone,
    Commonwealth War Graves Commission
    Warrant Officer
    PARRY, WILLIAM
    Service Number 1061953
    Died 16/04/1945
    Aged 29
53 Sqdn. Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve

Son of Alfred and Zephorah Parry, of Connah's Quay, Flintshire; husband of Laura Parry, of Connah's Quay.

    Commemorated at RUNNYMEDE MEMORIAL

I have the family details up to 1911 census and the 1939 Register, but would like to know more about William.
I have the RAF Operation Record Book for the month of April, 1945, but William was not mentioned, even from the beginning of the month, the only thing that was entered for the 16th April was:-

Weather – Fair at first, deteriorating rapidly.
    Operations – One A/U patrol
Non-Ops Flying – Five Training flights.

So I am thinking that he died of Natural Causes or may have been injured before his date of death.

Any help to find out what happened to William would be much appreciated. Kind regards, Mavis
