I'm just reading "Captivity Slavery and survival as a Far East POW" by Peter Fyans , about the life and very hard times of 'Fergus Anckhorn' , A Gunner in 483 Battery , 118 Field Regiment RA , captured badly wounded survived the massacre in the Military Hospital Singapore and worked on the death Railway , and survived to tell the tale .a cracking read it is too !
