34 Squadron (South African Air Force) Losses

hello everyone i am new to the forum, is this still an active thread? I am researching my dad's uncle, Sgt Geoffrey Edward Leadbetter. He was with the RAF but working with SAAF 24th Squadron when he died on the 22nd November 1944 on a bombing mission over Hungary. I have been through the amazing records held at the National Archives (54/79) and have found him in some sortie reports from October that year. For some reason though the reports for November are different and don't seem to include crew names. Does anyone have any information about why this was please? I am trying to get together some information for my dad for Christmas and have got as far as I can I think! Best wishes Anna
