Hello, As part of my family history research I'm trying to find out what my father did during and just after the war. In October 1945 he was transferred from the KOYLIs to the 2nd Bn. East Yorkshire Regiment and went out to the Middle East. I have photos of him taken in Haifa, and I know from the regimental history by A. J. Barker that they were part of the peace-keeping force. Apart from that I can't find out very much. Can anyone out there help me by pointing me to a book or a website that would be helpful. Thankyou, Sue
