Lee1983 I don't have a copy of the diary, but do have access to the Regimental History if there is anything I can help you out with?

At the risk of taking advantage of your initial kind offer, can I ask you tell me what the regimental history says about 1st September 1944? My interest is in 15 Field Regiment who were in support for what (according to their war diary) was a German attack in the afternoon and a counterattack by the Queens in the evening. A map would be amazing, but anything that narrows the location would be brilliant.
