94 is the AOS number for the junior infantry brigade of 4th Infantry Division.

We was taken sometime around 22nd January 1945 as a Bren Carrier belonging to 28 Infantry Brigade ran over a mine, killing Instructor 261643 Lt Arthur Augustus Breton (MC), from the 2nd Battalion Somerset Light Infantry, 14381568 Private Harold George Williams of C Company of the 2nd Kings Regiment and wounding 5683303 Private W J Hamlett also of the 2nd Battalion Somerset Light Infantry.
