Hi, Thought I would make a separate thread for a less serious question. Raymond Chitty Neil Humphrey and Doblo - have any of you come across a complete list of the names which the regiment painted on its M-10s and Archers? I have a copy of an old scale modeler's magazine article written by someone who spoke with a veteran of the regiment, a Bob Cracknell. Four names were recorded: 'SALAMANCA’, ‘SAN SEBASTIAN’, ‘SEBASTAPOL’, and ’SOUDAN' These were apparently all in "I" Troop of 45th Battery.
I suppose you mean Tankette 34/1, where Paul Middleton relates what he was told by 'I' Troop Commander Robert 'Bob' I. Cracknell?
