Can I utter a little heresy... I don't really get special jumping about for anniversaries. That's partially because many events that interest me are pre-Gregorian, so the anniversary makes no sense anyway, but maybe mostly 'cos I'm a miserable bugger.
Are we going to even get to August without WW3 breaking out? What a way to mark the start of 'the war to end all wars'' if it all kicks off in the Ukraine.
