My uncle's grandfather served in the 143 H.A.A. Regt. Royal Artillery during the Second World War - dying, before being discharged, in 1946. He has recently applied for and received his service records and was wondering if anymore information could be provided as to where they regiment were located during the war when at 'home' as it states.
