I recently finished the Ambulance I posted progress photos of earlier, so here are some photos of the finished product. It features mirrors and a figure (with a head swap) from Dan Taylor Modelworks, a Milicast 6x6 chassis converted to a 4x4 (158" WB) and a Cromwell Ambulance Body. It is marked up as a vehicle of the 15th Field Ambulance of the 4th Cdn. Armd. Div. as might have appeared in Germany in 1945 with decals custom made by Pete Marshall, Aleran.

    Cheers,

    Neil

Nice paint job. Deceptively simple. I really like the pave as well. Very noisy to drive over I recall.

Great model, as is your hallmark.
It certainly looks the part and I too think the German style stone sets look excellent.
Are they Faller HO by any chance?☺

Thank you Clive, Mike and Tom for the kind comments. The cobblestone is something I just bought and tried and I quite like it. It's Heki HO Romanesque Plaza pattern and comes in a 9.5"x19" roll and has a self adhesive backing, so will do a number of vehicles. I got mine from Scenic Express and it's quite reasonably priced as well.

    Cheers,

    Neil
