Thanks for attaching the extract with the Army Medal Office Stamp showing the issue of his WW2 Campaign Medals but I can’t see a reference to the Palestine General Service Medal.

sorry Steve I just uploaded much info as I could.i not made it easy for you so i apologise for that. The problem is I'm not sure what medals he got all together as he was laid to rest with them. so these records are all I have it's all about confusing and I'm not sure if this is all off the service records but it is what it is. the last picture I uploaded was 195 parachute field ambulance I thought it might help..i thank you for all your time and help on this.
